Christmas Eve Service, Tuesday, December 24th at 5PM

As has been our tradition at St. Paul’s, we have a festive Eucharist on Christmas Eve and no service on Christmas Day. Come and be with us this Christmas Eve at 5:00. Special music with organ and trumpet will add to our celebration of Our Lord’s Birth. “O Come let us adore Him, Christ the Lord.”

The Westbrook Food Pantry

Please remember that the need is great, especially at this time of the year with the holidays coming up and the colder weather arriving. We ask that you be as generous as you can. Donations may be left in the basket in the narthex of the church. Soups are especially appreciated this time of year. Thank you.

Our Annual Christmas Concert is Saturday, December 21st at 4:30pm

Our Annual Christmas Concert is Saturday, December 21st at 4:30pm

The Christmas tradition continues on with a concert given by this wonderful group singing traditional carols of the season as well as anthems and some organ solos as well. We usually get a good crowd for this concert so do plan to arrive early. The concert is free of charge.

The Holiday Bazaar Is Coming!

The time is quickly coming for our annual Christmas Bazaar at St. Paul’s. Please start to collect and bring in items for the bazaar and they can be put in the back of the church starting this week. Please remember the following: No clothes, electronics, books or stuffed animals. We also ask that all items be in good condition.

This year we are also asking folks to please bring a piece of fabric (12” X 12”) to church this Sunday or next. They will be made into a quilt to be raffled off at the bazaar.

We are also looking for items to be included in a raffle basket. Please let Monique know what you might be able to contribute.

Ham and Bean Supper Success!

Chuck Hagnal announced on Sunday that our ham and bean supper was, indeed, a huge success.  We served over 100 meals and folks all expressed their appreciation of our efforts.  Thanks to all those who helped out with the supper.  The parish all came together and worked hard for this event.  Thanks to Cynthia Cahill for being our “official photographer” and for sharing these pictures with me for this e-mail. We had a great time and the weather could not have been better.  Deo Gracias!
